Introduction - Bodybuilding, Fitness, Muscle gains and diet blog

Dear reader!

So I'm starting this blog to share bodybuilding and diet articles geared towards bodybuilding, muscle gains and related fitness tips that I have acquired over the years as a fitness and bodybuilding enthusiast. Yes, bodybuilding and fitness have seen phenomenal increase in poplarity since Arnold Schwarzenegger
and I think for the right reasons as well! Now we are more aware of issues concerning our health, fitness and aesthetics; and in the long run it pays to pack some good muscle, low fat levels and overall better health! And yeah, huge biceps, big round shoulders (deltoids), muscular chest and the most coveted six packs abdomen don't hurt on saturday nights either. ;)

Please feel free to request new articles on any particular topic as well and I'll be most happy to add info specific to the inqueries/comments/questions!
I'll be periodically adding more articles and all comments and criticism is welcome!
